By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 1. Services ClothiQ provides: Premium Laundry Dry Cleaning Wash & Fold Wash & Steam Iron Steam Iron Shoe Cleaning Household Fabric Cleaning Pickup and Delivery Services Service availability may vary by location. 2. Customer Responsibilities Customers agree to: Provide accurate information. Inspect garments before handing them over. Inform ClothiQ of special care instructions. Remove valuables from garments. Verify order details during pickup. ClothiQ shall not be responsible for valuables left inside garments. 3. Inspection of Garments All garments are inspected before processing. ClothiQ reserves the right to refuse service for: Heavily contaminated items Hazardous materials Items unsuitable for cleaning Damaged garments that may deteriorate further during processing 4. Stain Removal Stain removal is performed on a best-effort basis. ClothiQ does not guarantee complete removal of: Old stains Chemical stains Dye stains Oil stains Permanent marks Fabric discoloration 5. Garment Damage Limitation ClothiQ shall not be liable for: Color bleeding Fabric shrinkage Weak fabric tearing Manufacturer defects Hidden damages Normal wear and tear where such issues arise despite reasonable care. 6. Pickup and Delivery Estimated pickup and delivery timelines are indicative only. Delays may occur due to: Weather conditions Traffic disruptions Operational issues Public holidays Force majeure events 7. Order Verification Customers must verify garments at the time of delivery. Any discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after 24 hours may not be entertained. 8. Lost Garments In the unlikely event of garment loss attributable solely to ClothiQ, compensation shall be limited to: Up to 10 times the service charge paid for the affected garment; or Actual depreciated value determined by ClothiQ, whichever is lower. Original purchase proof may be required. 9. Unclaimed Orders Orders remaining unclaimed for more than 90 days after completion may be disposed of or donated without further liability. 10. Pricing Prices displayed on: Website Mobile Applications Quotations Promotional Materials are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes shall be charged separately where required. 11. Promotions and Offers Promotional offers: Cannot be combined unless specifically stated. May be modified or withdrawn at any time. Are subject to eligibility criteria. 12. Payments Payments may be made through: UPI Net Banking Credit Cards Debit Cards Wallets Cash (where available) Orders may be withheld until payment obligations are fulfilled. 13. Refund Policy Refunds may be processed only in cases approved by ClothiQ after investigation. Refund timelines depend on payment gateway and banking partners. 14. Franchise and Partner Services Certain services may be delivered through authorized franchisees or partners. Such franchisees shall operate under ClothiQ quality standards. 15. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, designs, software, content, and branding associated with ClothiQ remain the exclusive property of ClothiQ Solutions Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 16. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClothiQ's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim. 17. Force Majeure ClothiQ shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from: Natural disasters Government actions Strikes Epidemics Network failures Events beyond reasonable control 18. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. 19.
